CTC Brings Fun Learning to Dyatmika Science Fair

February 1, 2020, Sanur, Bali — February was an eventful month for CTC! We kicked started the month by bringing our fun learning activities to the Dyatmika Science Fair. Dyatmika, an international school in Bali, conducts an annual science fair and this year’s theme was sustainability. Students from other schools in Bali were also invited to showcase their science projects which ranged from recyclable materials to sustainable methods of planting. Their projects were judged by fellow science teachers, and a winner was selected based on different categories. CTC was there together with other NGOs such as Trash Hero and BAWA.

CTC brought along our fun learning and board games to entice students to learn more about marine conservation. We also reintroduced the Lucky Spin game, in which visitors to our booth are given one chance to spin the virtual wheel of fortune to win exciting prizes. The Lucky Spin game was certainly a crowd-pleaser and attracted many students to learn more about the ocean!
